The gentleman at the front desk took the time to explain a litany of potential problems that could happen to my vehicle. He even showed me a video of what he was trying to tell me, and I learned a lot.Shop personnel called me back later on, and told me they had forgotten to credit my bill for that day with some coupons I had. They asked me to remind them (and saved the work on computer), the next time I was in, and they would credit me then. They could have easily closed the books right then, but they didn't. You don't run across that kind of honesty and service too much anymore. I was extremely impressed!
