We were loyal customers because of the great advice from a service consultant on a repair we had a few months ago. I learned with that experience why the employees are called Service Consultants- he told me in detail what was wrong and what my options were in a way that was helpful and not condescending. Recently, they surpassed my expectations. We took in our Civic hybrid for a costly repair. I already knew I could trust them to take care of my car and not overcharge me. Troy did a lot of research to figure out what was wrong and kept me informed along the way. He spent a few days trying to track down the part we needed, and in the end advised me to go to the dealership as he just could match the price they would be able to give me. We will never take our vehicles anywhere else. From oil changes to $3,000 dollar repairs, McNeils will be our place!
