We’ve had trouble with a rack and pinion the prior ship owner installed in December. McNeill’s honored the prior shop’s warranty. It’s been a troublesome part that McNeill’s has replaced twice in a month. While frustrating, I appreciate McNeill’s honoring the warranty and making the repairs at no charge. Fingers crossed that this new rack holds!
