***TRAVIS CASTRO IS THE BEST MOST FRIENDLY, RESPECTFUL, HONEST, CALMING PROFESSIONAL. A TRUE SUPERSTAR TOW TRUCK DRIVER-PERIOD. Now this is my story. it went from being in shock at how ridiculously disappointing the first two ballarinas were I dealt with, to being in a good mood and fine with the whole ordeal bc TRAVIS CASTRO was that awesome. I got turned away and told he couldnt help me from the first guy in a big flat bed, handled the situation. **Now, back to the reason Im writing this- is bc Mcneils is a great company. My experience with them was pretty eventful-went from being ridiculously disappointed in the first two drivers, to being glad I went thru it when the night was over. I was stuck outside of my car as I had lost my key a month prior and couldnt afford to get a new one cut and programmed. So, the other day I had the money and called AAA for the tow to the nearest dealership so i could get the key made. My car was about ten feet parked off the road in a couple inches of snow and nearby there was minor mud. Truly, minor snow and mud is actually an overstatement. I called AAA and they use McNeils and another tow company Jeirgons (sp.?) for their towing and roadside assistance. The first guy that came out apparently couldnt handle the situation and said he wouldnt be able to tow me bc he couldnt get my car on his tow truck with it bein a Front whnt wheel drive vehicle. Hmmm, isnt that a common issue with this industry? LOL Thought that was strange, but, he called the other tow company to have someone come out with a F350 and she was going to lift the rear end of my car up, and just put dollys under the front tires and Id be fine. Well, when the lady got here, she too couldnt handle that. She was incapable of lifting a dolly and said legally coudlnt help her, then she went off on some b-s about how the terrain was too much to handle. That woman, needs to drop the tough attitude and go do a job in an industry that she can handle-something like selling lemonade or watering plants. So, with it being an easy job for these people, with borderline zero snow and some small random mud, I was told I was shiit out of luck, and I would have to call a commercial tow truck. Pathetic..felt like it was a prank to be honest... So I called AAA back, let them know the situation, (i was in disbelief) and the awesome, sweet, respectful and fair lady Dispatcher at Mcneils understood my story, and could tell that my situation was a very simple one to take care of. She INSISTED, GUARENTEED ME, because she knew TRAVIS would laugh at it and could be there in and out no problem and take me 3 miles away to the shop. She said Travis would be there in 30 min, and not to worry. Travis called me prior to, we talked (and chuckled a bit) about how this is a simple issue and he would be there to help me soon. He showed up sooner than he said, we chopped it up for a bit, (he taught me a lot about simple car issues and car parts), then simply lifted the front of my car up, and we were honestly out of there, and at the dealership within 25 minutes. He was a very respectful, caring man and my night went from being shocked and pissed, to grateful bc it ended w meeting a good man that helped me with a minor issue but an important one. He took care of it as professional as possible, and hes a great guy to meet if any of you ever get lucky enough to get him to come help you out. THANK YOU AGAIN TRAVIS, I WOULD CALL YOU AND PAY OUT OF POCKET 3X MORE THAN MY MEMBERSHIP, KNOWING WITH BIG TRAVIS CASTRO COMING I HAVE THE ASSURANCE THAT HE CAN BE ABLE TO HELP ME OUT OF THE SITUATION 110%. -A TRUE ROCKSTAR AND STUD IN THE BUSINESS, TRAVIS YOU REALLY EXEMPLIFY WHAT LEADER OF A COMPANY SHOULD BE, AND I HOPE YOU GET THE LEADERSHIP POSITION YOU DESERVE.
