McNeil's has got my back, and if I'm getting work done on my car, you'd better believe that McNeil's is the place I trust to do the job. They have always been exemplary in their honesty and fine work. They never try to push things you don't need done. On the one occasion that a mistake was made (over the course of many years being their customer), they totally owned it and did everything you'd want them to do to make it right. They are trustworthy and personable. They have a great system to keep you apprised of what's going on with your car and how soon it's advisable to have various services or replacements. My primary car has 265,000 miles on it and it runs like a dream because, for years, McNeil's has been taking care of it. We've had plenty of conversations about this system or that and how to keep my old--but happy--car humming along. The service advisors know me by name and I know them by name as well. Any one of them is a pleasure to work with because they truly care. I always leave McNeil's feeling happy, and that's saying something! I find them a cut above any other customer service business and I love them!

This is my first visit to McNeils Auto Care in Riverton. Andrew was absolutely wonderful! He was courteous, professional, went above and beyond. He was very patient with me and explained everything. Even answered my many questions. My AC went out, and they were able to fix it at an affordable price. Also let me know my vehicle had another problem. I will definitely be back McNeils Auto Care. McNeil's is the best towing service I have ever had. When I called about my broken down car, they came within 15 minutes! They texted me to let me know they were coming and when they were close they texted me again. Once there, TJ was the tow truck driver and he was very friendly and so very nice. He let me know that I had a 5 mile towing radius with AAA and that where my car needed to go was less than that. He instructed me as to what I needed to do and then we signed the papers and I gave him the keys to the car and TJ took care of the rest. I would recommend this towing company to anyone and TJ gets 5 stars, too!!!!!!!

I left a 1 star review with these guys about a week ago for some issues that I had with my services. I was contacted by the company and they worked with me to resolve all the issues and made up the inconvenience that I had to deal with. After searching through quite a few shops within a 10 mile radius of Draper, it was fate that I found McNeil's Sandy. These guys deliver excellent service for a very fair price. Erica was my service advisor when I first scheduled my car to be worked on. I had a need for brakes; new pads, rotors all of it and cost was definitely of concern for me. I was very pleased that they had more than fair price for the work when all was said in done. Erica is amazing. She is patient with you and your needs, very attentive, compassionate, and very knowledgeable in all facets of vehicle maintenance. They also put you on text alerts and send you links to reports on your service while the techs are actually working on it, with pictures too. It really puts your mind at ease and they keep you involved in the whole process - very honest. I highly recommend McNeil's to anyone who wants people who actually care to and work hard to make sure you are satisfied with your car and treat your vehicle like it is their own son/daughter driving it. Did I mention how amazing Erica is??

Amazing company!!!! Derek was absolutely awesome to work with! He was so easy to talk to and extremely efficient and professional. Susan was reliable and so sweet. She returned our call quickly and organized the towing for our large truck. Best towing company we have ever worked with. We will recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!!!!
